High-accuracy 3D laser scanning, drone LiDAR, and CAD design for engineers and contractors across New Zealand.
We capture your site in full 3D — indoors, outdoors, or both — and turn that data into reliable, usable information your design team can work with immediately.
High-resolution LiDAR surveys of buildings, plant, and industrial sites. Delivered as fully measurable PointClouds, compatible with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and more.
Airborne scanning combined with terrestrial surveys for complete site Digital Twins. Engineering-grade data for design, terrain modelling, and clash detection.
Centimetre-accurate orthophotos, TIN surfaces, and GIS-ready map data for civil, agricultural, and planning projects across Southland and beyond.
30+ years of mechanical engineering design experience. Detailed CAD drawings and 3D modelling integrated with scan data for new work in existing environments.
Tell us about your project — we're happy to advise on the best approach and give you a clear, no-jargon quote.
We visit your site and capture everything with our terrestrial scanners and/or drones — from single rooms to full industrial facilities.
Multiple scans are registered and stitched into a single accurate model, with colour imagery embedded throughout.
Your data arrives in the format your team uses — RCP, E57, LAS, or direct CAD integration. We can also host it online for browser-based viewing and measurement.
Design around existing plant with confidence — no guesswork, no site measurement errors
Reduce costly site visits — your engineers can measure and design remotely from real-world data
Avoid clashes and rework — catch problems in the model, not on the job
Share with anyone, anywhere — data can be sent to teams in Australia, the UK, or globally
Works with your software — AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, Inventor, SolidWorks, Tekla, Civil 3D and more
No CAD software needed for viewing — browser-based online portal available for your whole team
Every project below was completed by us, right here in Southland. Real clients, real outcomes.
Full interior and exterior scan of a heritage building across all 6 levels. The engineering team built a complete as-built model for structural analysis and code compliance.
Piles driven from a barge can't achieve exact tolerances. We scanned the driven piles so the engineering team could design pontoons to the exact as-built positions.
A local contractor needed a custom pump for his tanker, but the manufacturer was in the UK. We scanned the tanker and sent the PointCloud directly to England.
With limited existing drawings, the engineering team needed accurate as-built data for portal frames before designing strengthening works.
Navigate, measure, and explore our scans in full 3D — no download required
We work across a wide range of industries throughout New Zealand — from large-scale industrial facilities to precision engineering, heritage buildings, and remote infrastructure. Every environment presents different challenges. We've scanned them all.
Because a point cloud is a complete, measurable digital record of a site, design and engineering teams anywhere in the world can work directly from our data — no site visits required, no travel costs, no delays waiting for staff to be available to go on-site. A single scan session replaces what would otherwise require multiple site visits, manual measurements, and significant travel time and expense for the design team.
We regularly deliver scan data to teams across New Zealand and internationally — current and recent projects have involved design collaborators in Australia, Germany, and Ireland, all working from scans captured right here in the South Island.
Projects span Southland, Otago, and across New Zealand. Remote and difficult-access sites welcome.
Not sure if laser scanning is right for your project? Give us a call or send an email — we're happy to talk through your options and give honest advice, no obligation.
